ONE can easily mistake Paramit Corporation’s new US$16 million manufacturing plant at Penang Science Park in Bukit Minyak for a Balinese spa due to its surrounding greenery – the result and effect of 1,500 trees strategically planted around the 162,000 sq ft building.
