Describe the creation of your entry, its design and/or embellishments (if any), include any new skills you learned: I shopped at many different stores, including some I had not been to before. Sometimes I shopped with friends. I found many formal and casual additions for my wardrobe. I choose this outfit because I wanted an outfit that can be both formal and casual. I learned that while it may be fun shopping with friends, we do not always have the same taste in clothing and sometimes it is easier to shop at my own pace.

Describe the creation of your entry, its design and/or embellishments (if any), include any new skills you learned: First I measured my chest and decided how the elastic top would fit. I decided on the length of the dress. I cut the fabric to the correct width and length. I sewed the back and the bottom seams. I created straps with the extra fabric. I learned that it can be difficult to get the fit correct when dealing with elastic. It is important to make the first cut too big instead of too small! I also learned how to create straps for my dress.
