DONE AT GENEVA, ON 14 NOVEMBER 1967 Official texts: English and French. Registered by the Director-General of the Contracting Parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade on 8 February 1968. The parties to the Declaration of 12 November 1959 2 on. the Provisional Accession of Tunisia to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (hereinafter referred to as "the Declaration" and "the General Agreement", respectively), ACTING pursuant to paragraph 6 of the Declaration, AGREE that: 1. The validity of the Declaration is extended for a further year by changing the date in paragraph 6 to "31 December 1968". 2. This Proc s-Verbal shall be deposited with the Director-General to the CONTRACTING PARTIES to the General Agreement. It shall be open for acceptance, by signature or otherwise, by Tunisia and by the participating governments. It shall become effective between the Government of Tunisia and any participating government as soon as it shall have been accepted by the Government of Tunisia and such government. 3. The Director-General shall furnish a certified copy of this Proc s-Verbal and a noti fication of each acceptance thereof to the Government of Tunisia and to each contracting party to the General Agreement. DECLARATION ON RELATIONS BETWEEN CONTRACTING PARTIES TO THE GEN ERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC. DONE AT TOKYO, ON 9 NOVEMBER 1959 l TERMINATION The above-mentioned Declaration ceased to have effect on 18 October 1967, the date of entry into force of the Protocol for the Accession of Poland to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, done at Geneva on 30 June 1967, which superseded the said Decla ration.
