It becomes a barrier for people to communicate without learning a language. So, there is a need for people to learn a language in order to convey their thoughts and ideas to the other people all over the world. People need a common language to communicate internationally and English serves the purpose since it is the only language spoken all around the globe. Therefore, learning English has become mandatory in the present phenomenon and most of the non-native speakers of English are trying to learn it using various methods and approach. First of all,to learn a foreign language, one must devote more time on it and do regular practice on all the four language skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. As classroom is the right place to practice all these skills, the teachers of English should understand the needs of the learners and try to implement various techniques, methods and approaches to improve the language skills of the foreign or second language learners. Moreover, the teachers should inspire the learners by following learner-centered approach in their classroom by adopting interesting and needful material to improve all the four skills of English. Since learning all the four skills of the English language is more essential for the learners to learn the language in a systematic way, the teachers should put more efforts on improving the standards of the learners. This paper sheds a light on the importance of four language skills of the English language. First of all, this paper discusses not only the importance of English but also the importance of the language skills in English. Later, this paper also elaborates the importance of teaching language skills to the second or foreign language learners of English in detail. Finally, some valuable suggestions are given to the teachers and learners of English to improve their teaching-learning process to attain good results. INTRODUCTION: The Importance of English Language is a primary tool to communicate and interact with other people around the world and it keeps people to have in good contact with the other people all around the world. English occupies the highest position among all the languages and it is the language that is used by the people of various states, countries and continents of the world. It is the language which plays a major role in many fields such as medicine, engineering, journalism, education, business, science and technology, media and press, pharmacy, research and so on. There are several reasons that make English as the international language. English is the language taught at higher education level and a majority of books are available only in English. It is the language commonly used for the internet purposes and widely used in business communication. Even though English is not an official language of the world, it is the language commonly used by most of the people. For example, around two billion non-native English people use it regularly for several purposes. Also, researches show that the whole business world is learning English today in order to bring drastic changes in their lives as cross-border business communication is dealt in English. Furthermore, English is most commonly used in making films, music, and many other entertaining things, publishing books, writing research articles, etc. Above all, most of the job opportunities are given to the people who show their talents in language skills when they attend job interviews. As most of the information on the internet is available in English, there is a need for people to learn English if they want to access the websites to retrieve the required data or information. In view of all these facts, the second or foreign language learners of English need to learn and get good command over the English language. The importance of English Language Skills In the era of global communication, there is a specific need to learn English since it is widely used in all spheres of life around the world. The whole world depends on English as it is the only language used for most of the purposes. English is the language which is extensively used in all business correspondence and most of the present employers recruit their employees those who can excel with outstanding language skills. It is a fact that having the skills ofproductivity, employabilityand communication pave the way to form a strong foundation for the companies and they will develop their business internationally. Moreover, there is a huge demand for the people who have good language skills in English. Therefore, there is more demand for English all over the world and most people show great interest to earn it.

    Volume 27 January 2020 PRESERVATION OF ORIGINALITY IN THE TRANSLATION OF GOETHE'S WORKS 1Mahmudova Muattar Maqsatullayevna Abstract – Compared to other languages, the translation of German literature into Uzbek began earlier. When Goethe's translation of the book "Suffering of the Young Werter" was published in German and published in 1975, no major Western European language work in Uzbekistan had been translated from the original. Prior to that, works in other languages, especially those of Western literature were translated into Russian, resulting in mistakes made by the Russian interpreter, along with errors made by the Russian translator. Keywords – lyrics, the heroic image, storytelling, sensitive heart, pragmatic factors, Islamic scholar. I.Introduction Most differences between the original and the non-language factors of translation require that the interpreter be aware of many other disciplines and cultures in addition to profound linguistic knowledge. The establishment of pragmatic relations of authenticity depends on the choice of the language in the translation process. To do this, he must be aware of all the science knowledge available in the original language. Successful translation of the translation is due to the fact that the translator has a profound knowledge of the native language, its culture, customs, literature and way of life. Different social and linguistic factors also play an important role in ensuring the pragmatic adequacy of translation. II.Literature review German translators such as Satellite Parda, Sadriddin Salim Bukhori, Mirzaali Akbarov, Pasha Ali Usman, Hurram Rakhimov, Shuhratkhon Imyaminova, Hafiza Kuchkarova were brought up and the translation became more lively. Poet Abdullah Sher, who was a poet of Heinrich Hayne's childhood, learned German to translate those poems from the original, and Heinrich Hayne's lyrics resonated with the original in the translation of Abdullah Sher, has been printed in the pages of magazines and separate books.

Introduction Muhammad Ali (Muhammad Ali Ahmedov) holds a special place in contemporary Uzbek literature. He has distinguished himself not only as a poet and writer, but also as an active public servant, teacher and scholar.1 From 1993- 1996 he offered courses in the field of Ethics and Aesthetics at the National University of Uzbekistan (formerly: Tashkent University). Every summer, from 1992-2005 he taught Uzbek language and literature at the University of Washington’s Summer Programs in Central Asian Languages and Culture. His admirable care and respect for the Uzbek language, so well expressed in his cultivated pronunciation, made him the ideal teacher of his native language. In recent years he has given courses in Uzbek literature at Tashkent State Pedagogical University and at the State University in Andijon. His accomplishments as a scholar and publicist have also been recognized abroad.
