Listed prices do not include registrar fees. 1. The venue hire is payable in three stages: 1) An initial booking fee of 20% is required on confirmation of booking, ll) a further 30% is due six months prior to the booked date, lll) the remaining balance to be received one month prior to the booked date. For the Old Coach House a booking fee of £100.00 is required. We regret that no refund of booking fees or payments can be made in the event of cancellation.
2. The Bar will close at 11.30 pm (10.30 Sundays, excluding public holidays).
3. Entertainment will cease at 11.30 pm (10.30 pm Sundays, excluding public holidays).
4. All guests will vacate the site by Midnight (11.00 pm Sundays, excluding public holidays).
5. We welcome garden games outside the barn but no ball games. Please discuss any other requirements with us prior to your day.
6. Children must be supervised and monitored by a parent or guardian at all times.
7. Vehicles will not be permitted to drive within the Barn area.
8. Please speak with our advisers about the use of confetti, candles (on tables & outside) and other requirements you might have.
9. Blake Hall will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal property howsoever caused.
10. A security deposit of £500.00 must be paid at the time of full payment, against breakage, damage to and abuse of property or facilities. This will be refunded by post or bank transfer, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property the following day.
11. The minimum number of day guests charged for is 50, calculated using the minimum estimate provided at your initial meeting. No food or drink including favours, excluding the wedding cake may be brought onto the premises for consumption during the event, without prior agreement.
12. Bar and catering accounts should be paid prior to the event, including an open bar, with any variation to be settled by the end of the evening, either by payment or funds deducted from the security deposit.
