The SCCF now has over $15 million in assets and over 150 funds. For example, in 2013, the SCCF sought to fund an initiative that would have a lasting impact on the future of Starke County. Perhaps one of the most significant examples of the SCCF taking an active leadership role in addressing community needs is their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The SCCF provided more than $125,000 for Starke County’s food delivery service, as well as for rent/mortgage assistance, utility assistance, and to help local residents facing food inse- Linda’s Tax Service curity.
