Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820. The Champaign Unit 4 Board of Education encourages public comment. Governor Pritzker recently extended the disaster declaration related to the COVID-19 pandemic for all Illinois counties. Based on the current public health concerns, the Board President of Champaign Community Unit School District No. 4, as head of the public body, has determined that it is neither practical nor prudent to hold an in-person public meeting. In compliance with the Governor’s recent proclamation regarding virtual meetings, it is not feasible for more than ten people to be in attendance at the meeting. This Board meeting will be remotely and in-person and comply with the procedures set forth in Public Act 101-640. As such, seating at the meeting will be limited for the public. All attendees will be required to maintain social distancing and wear masks at all times. In-person public comment is at the end of each meeting, as noted on the agenda.
