The Congress party demands that the BJP should waste no further time and dismiss these people from office. Not only that, but proper legal proceedings have be initiated to bring these people to task. Instead of doing what is the right and decent thing the BJP is trying to create diversion by suddenly pouncing on Congress Leaders. Such actions will not pull wool over the eyes of the nation which can clearly see through the BJP’s designs and ill intentions. The Government is answerable for the acts of their Ministers and leaders and has to initiate action against them for their acts of violating laws. They cannot keep on hiding behind fig leafs. The tussle between the AAP and The BJP Government at Delhi has taken alarming proportions. All this, of course, at the cost of the aam aadmi. So much for the Swatch Bharat abhiyan! The fight between the two parties has become a comic opera. Every other day there are two different officers posted to the same position? Even the bureaucrats don’t really know whom to obey. The people of Delhi are really suffering as there is nothing called a government either in Delhi or its Municipal Corporation. Something must be done or the capital city will lose its charm forever. AAP party which really functions like an NGO has no clue about governance and keeps on taking confrontationist stances to acquire greater power. Before asking for more power let them at least gainfully utilize the powers already vested in them to fulfill the tall promises made to the people. "If you want to take over land from tribals, you have to seek their permission first. You can't snatch it without them agreeing to it," he told the people assembled from nearly 20 villages in tribal-dominated Korba. And then he admonished the crowd that was shouting slogans against the BJP - "We are not from the BJP, we don't say 'murdabad'. Please don't say that. We are here for a cause." The Congress, has been consistently opposing the amended land acquisition bill in Parliament, managing to stall it in the upper house of Parliament. In Delhi and Uttar Pradesh the party has held massive protests against the bill. Around 20 villages in Korba and Janjgir-Champa districts in north Chhattisgath, where coal plants and power projects are coming up, have already passed a resolution rejecting the government's acquisition move. Activists say over 15,000 villagers would be displaced by these projects without any compensation. Slamming the land bill, Shri Rahul Gandhi said, "Near Delhi, in Noida, the government took away land belonging to farmers and have made a racing track. The farmers are in tears".
