Page 9 VISITORS AND GUESTS ARE MOST WELCOME To THE CLUB but Members are reminded of Rules L4,15 and 15 of the Constitutional Rules, which include

"All classes of Members shall be entitled to introduce guests on the basis of not more than two guests at any one occasion and subject to the Bye-laws and Constitution, providing the accommodation of members generally is not inconvenienced. Such guests are to sign the Visitors Book provided and insert the date and their name and address. This entry will be countersigned by the introducing Member"

It is Forbidden to sell or supply intoxicating liquor for consumption on or off the premises to any Member, Guest or Visitor who is, or appears to be, under the age of Eighteen years

Visitors for 2 "Rol! ups" on the green MUST be accompanied by playing Member, who will ensure that their guests are wearing correct bowling shoes

CLUB PERSON OF THE YEAR

The Committee have decided that commencing in 2010 the Club Persons (Ladies and Gentlemen) Awards shall be decided by a ballot of the members of Potton Bowls Club (Players and Social Members). Each member will be entitled to vote for one lady and one gentleman. A tied vote for either award will result in that award being held for six months by each person
