Group rate will be honored until the ASTM block is full, but no later than May 17, 2017. Reserved rooms may be SOLD OUT prior to the cut-off date. You may be charged a higher rate if reservations are received after the cut-off date. ASTM rates are $199 USD single/double, plus tax (you must mention ASTM in order to receive the group rate).

SHERATON BOSTON IS SOLD OUT EXCEPT FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS AT THE GOVERNMENT PER DIEM RATE OF $275.

U.S. GOVERNMENT RATES: The Sheraton Boston has a limited number of rooms at the government per diem rate of $275.

IMPORTANT! ASTM rates are non-commissionable. If you book your reservation through a travel agent they must ask for a non-commissioned ASTM Group Rate. ASTM cannot adjust your higher rate if commissions were paid to a travel agency.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT/ CANCELLATION POLICY: For all properties, a Guarantee Deposit equal to one night's room and tax will be charged to the card on file upon booking your reservation. This deposit will be refundable should you cancel your reservation through the end of the Business Day on Monday, May 5th, 2017. Deposits will be non-refundable for any cancellations made after May 5th, 2017.
