The area referred to as Way Wood comprises a mixture of conifers and broad leaves. Part of the area known as Way Wood has been clear felled in recent years and this is being allowed to naturally regenerate. To the north of the property and included is the route of a former railway line associated with historic quarrying activity which took place on adjacent land. Access The property includes the access track marked in yellow on the plan which leads from the A6079 road situated to the west.
