(Note- Votership is a newly coined word like scholarship to denote a part of GDP in form of cash to be received regularly by every voter as his or her birthright.) Terminologies used in Definition of Votership - (i) By birth financial right - Means, a right to be acknowledged by parliament, same as the right of the Inheritance (birth right), by which some amount in cash from the government, to be received regularly by every voter, without the condition of work, in the capacity of being a children of father of Nation. (ii) To give opportunity to develop inborn spiritual qualities - Means, To provide opportunity for evolution of inborn qualities of consciousness of individual to the inborn extent, inborn direction, in relation to the collective consciousness which exists in the shape of tree. (iii) To give opportunity to develop inborn spiritual qualities - Means, To provide opportunity to each and every individual in the direction of his own depth of consciousness level (inborn qualities) which he received by innate spiritual influence in relation with the collective tree- shape human super consciousness. (v) Collective Money - Means, the monetary value of collective property, (vi) Right of Life - Means, As a birth right, Votership (a minimum consumption level) is necessary for any citizen to live with dignity and with economic freedom which should recognized and given regularly, by the Central legislature, by law, as fundamental consumption right of voters. (vii) Economic Human Right - Means, a complementary and economic that dimension of Human right, rendered regularly in form of cash, a minimum share in average of per capita production of the world, to the voters only on the basis of being a human being as their birth economic right, by the UNO or world government or any other equivalent global body, so that everybody may get their share in collective wealth, live with economic freedom, and reach overall development of personality and consume a port of direct and real share in the government revenue. (viii) Economic Freedom - Means, a freedom of individual to live his own life in such a way that nobody can be compelled to do work without his own will and none should be exploited due to starvation and be free to attain opportunity to bargain his/her manual labor from the purchaser and also receives regularly a minimum share in the average production of nation in the form of cash by central government as their birth economic right from the central government. (ix) Minimum Economic Equality - Means, a minimum level of economic equality acknowledged among the voters by the central government, by rendering all the voters the average share in gross domestic collective money and a minimum share in average domestic production of Union resources by the Central Government by law, as their birth economic right in the form of cash given regularly as Votership. (x) Financial Right on the basis of birth - Means, a right like succession right to be recognized by the parliament, to all the voter, in capacity of being a son or daughter of nation; by which some amount in form of cash, regularly rendered to them by central government without any condition or compulsion of manual labor or work. (xi) Developing more judicious structure of democracy - Means, developing the required power structure of State to fulfill the newly arise foreign needs of domestic voters due to the Globalization process of market which created the requirement of Para-national common votership and governance, explained in the concern part of this petition. (xii) Economic discrimination on the basis of birth - Means; violating the Article 14 and 15 of the Indian constitution, by making someone prosperous and some others poor on the basis of birth, regarding the birth status and humiliating the work status keeping method of getting hard work for payment of small amount of daily wage on the basis of market rates and making billionaire and millionaire to the children of capitalists without any test of their talent and without any condition of work, by the Parliament of India and the government through different succession Laws related to the right of Inheritance. Page 3 of 164 PETITION OF BHARAT GANDHI & OTHERS FOR PROVISION OF VOTERSHIP (xiii) To establish minimum economic equality - Means, rendering 50% amount of average domestic production in form of cash to all the voters as Votership without any condition of work as Votership. (xiv) To make possible, survival of life of principal petitioner in non-violent way- Means; to make possible the livelihood of principal petitioner, so that nobody can be replaced from any other’s source of bread and butter. The principal petitioner can be able to safeguard himself from the guilty consciousness of replacing one from his livelihood. Hence, the principal petitioner assumes that the regular amount of Votership could definitely become the non-violent source of income. And such a life is said to be non-violent life in this petition. (xv) To make possible, the marriage of principal petitioner - Means; due to the absence of Votership the principal petitioner could not be able to get any non-violent or sinless source of regular and definite income and postponed his marriage till the receipt of the amount of Votership becomes possible. That is why, the members of family of the principal petitioner are serious and worried about the danger of collapse of one lineage branch of their family if Votership is not made available. By this non-violent income of Votership he wishes to give matrimonial advertisement to start his married life and for that, the principal petitioner is requesting in the petition before Rajya Sabha, considering Rajya Sabha an only efficient institution for making possible his marriage, through the regular income of Votership. (xvi) Initiating necessary action by Lok Sabha - Means; to perform the role of Parliament’s jurisdiction to execute the agenda is mentiones herewith, and to pass bill or resolution to initiate a minimum economic equality among the voters as a birth financial right of all the voters. Other Terminologies - (i) The pain due to the economic disparity - Means; the psychic pain borne due to the demonstration effect and by the helplessness of not able to get luxurious goods for them and by the lack of the funds to spend for their satisfaction and enjoyment like the other persons do. (ii) Economic Duty - Means; the regular fund for distribution among the voters given to the government by the world traders and the world consumers as the compensative amount - Votership fund to the sufferers of the agreement for the world traders and the right of world consumption. (iii) Economic Rape - Means; to compel to do work by himself against own will on the order of salary payer for earning means of basic consumption for the survival, from the voters who are deceived and pushed out from the circumference of even income level of fifty percent of the average national income as their birth right. (iv) Economic Corruption - Means; such behavior and activities of the prosperous people by which they mishandle the organs of executive and legislature and judiciary in his/her
