Prior to proceeding in accordance with these instructions, indicate below your acceptance of these instructions, within seven (7) days receipt thereof. After acceptance of the Supplementary Instructions, all such documents shall become part of the Contract Documents.

Description: The attached are updated drawings to be resubmitted for Life and Safety Permit Approval. Changes include interior and exterior modifications altering paths of egress. Existing electric room enlarged as required by Pepco. The Parking Office has been moved to ensure head clearance. The updated drawings reflect Owner request for additional bathroom at Level 14, additional storage at Level 14, men’s bathroom expanded at Level 12-13, expanded Fitness Center at Level 2, Retail A split in two, reconfigured Retail entrance on Penn Ave, northeast corner entrance vestibule moved and corner reconfigured. Interior ramp replaced by stair. FCC room moved and interior access added.
