    Career and Technical Student Organizations Serving Career and Technical Education Students in Ohio 1 Career and Technical Education (CTE) is helping our nation address key challenges such as workforce development, student achievement, economic vitality and global competitiveness. Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) are key components to strong CTE programs.
