Chronic Kidney Disease is an important public health problem . . Over 4 million of Spanish people suffer of Chronic renal disease. About 50,909 of them are on renal replacement therapy, a half on dialysis and the rest are living with a working renal replacement. However, the datum of the prevalence shows that a 43,8% of the patients on renal replacement therapy are in HD, a 50,78% living with a replacement and only a 5,4% on DP.

. Because of the aging population and the rise of risk factors as cardiovascular diseases, the Diabetes Mellitus, the Hypertension, the obesity and renal disease early diagnosis, the prevalence of Chronic renal disease is increasing. In Europe, has been established an annual rate of 5% increase approximately. (2). Otero A, de Francisco A, Gayoso P, García F, EPIRCE Study Goup.
