activation, respectively, in low serum but not in normal serum while clusters “c” and “d” denote

groups of genes that were induced or repressed by MYC induction irrespective of serum

conditions. Fold of gene regulation is indicated by scale bar. Cluster “b” fits the expected profile

of gene regulation for mediators of MYC-induced ROS and included CYP2C9. Representative
