Answer: o Writing, saving, updating and retrieving documents. o Managing the way of writing by applying different styles to it. o Ability of inserting graphics. o Viewing the text in different ways. o Generating tables of numbers or figures, sophisticated indexes and comprehensive tables of contents.

 What is the use of spell checkers? Answer: . It is used to aid correcting the spelling of words typed in word processors. . It is done by comparing words in the program's dictionary to those used in the user's document. . It points out any words it can't match, notifies the user and allows them to make any changes. . It sometimes suggests possible correct spellings.

 What is the use of online thesaurus? Answer: . Users can use it to lookup different words to use in similar instances. . Some even include information about pronunciation and histories of evolving meaning.

 What is the use of grammar checkers? Answer: . They are used to aid correcting the grammar of the sentence. . They look for words that show possible conflicts between verbs and subjects and they offer advice about corrections . Grammar checkers are a step beyond a spell checkers.
