Oppermann Regelgeräte is blazing a new path for gas detection technology. Compatible with future developments, our complex TGÜ underground garage monitors already today take into account tomorrow’s wide range of drivetrain configurations in motor vehicles.

These bus-technology-equipped devices are easily integrated into central building control systems, while an Ethernet interface(TCP/IP) supports ubiquitous access to the TGÜ BM 3.6 via the World Wide Web. Our OPP-SOR® monitoring devices and gas sensors for monitoring underground garages and tunnels are TÜV-certified.

OPP-SOR® GMF-MOD-IR infrared gas sensors are less cross-sensitive to other gases, have a longer service life and are virtually maintenance-free. Moreover, alarms only trigger in those places where the gas concentration of, e.g., refrigerants or carbon dioxide, is exceeded. This prevents unnecessary collective alarms, e.g., in the monitoring of freezers.

Monitoring of fire damper (FD)/smoke protection damper (SPD) and test initiation The damper module can detect the two limit positions of the FD / SPD (2 changeover contact inputs) and send these to the DDC via the BUS protocol (BACnet or Modbus). For service purposes, the module can be connected to terminals 9 + 10 of the KRM-X. It can then trigger a test that is sent by the fieldbus from the DDC to the module.

AZE1.2 display unit

All functions directly in view in a single location The AZE 1.2 allows up to 99 Modbus-compatible KRM-X data points to be conveniently read at a glance from a central location. This is ideal for the system operator, particularly when no DDC-based visualization is available. All data can be cost-effectively and efficiently read from all connected detectors in a single location to perform targeted maintenance or other operations. If contamination, a malfunction, or an alarm is detected, this is also centrally displayed on the AZE 1.2. Even the flow and temperature on all connected duct smoke detectors can be displayed. The AZE 1.2 can route collective messages for alarm, contamination, malfunction, and service to the DDC via potential-free changeover contacts. The RS485 Modbus RTU interface is a particularly innovative feature. It is used to centrally report all KRM data to the DDC, where the data can also be visualized. Accessories

Sensors for temperature, humidity, flow and pressure

SENSOR TECHNOLOGY | GAS WARNING DEVICES | FIRE PROTECTION OPP-SENS® Sensor Technology

The innovative OPP-SENS® sensor type series was specifically redesigned to address HVAC technology requirements. Various housing and sensor types make the product range an all-rounder for a wide range of applications. Passive sensors and electronics for Modbus, BACnet, voltage or current interfaces provide an ideal solution for any application.

Sensors are available for the most important physical measurement parameters, such as temperature, humidity, enthalpy, current, volume flow, and pressure, e.g. for duct installation, immersed installation, or as contact or exterior sensors.

What is Oppermann Safecabling®?

Oppermann Safecabling® represents Oppermann‘s latest generation of OPP-SENS® transmitters (analog and bus version) with complete internal reverse polarity protection.

We have all seen this happen at the construction site: for instance the power supply and measurement output are inadvertently reversed. Or the power supply is wired to the bus. Until now this has meant „certain death“ for the transmitter. We have now put an end to this!

All Oppermann OPP-SENS® transmitters displaying the Oppermann Safecabling® logo are reverse polarity proof and can deal with all sorts of wiring errors without being damaged. Only 230 V or a lightning strike can continue to negatively impact the transmitter.

A true innovation that will win you over! Finally an end to defects and complaints due to installations defects and wiring errors. And all of this at no surcharge!

OPP-SENS® transmitters with Oppermann Safecabling® are identifiable by the SC logo:

For this option, the factory pre-harnesses the bus transmitters for the connector and replaces the cable grommets with premium M12 connectors. In addition to the power supply, these also supply the plug-in ready bus cable and screen.

Bus transmitters are quickly and reliably connected to each other with the cable and connector accessory product line. This dramatically reduces the on-site assembly effort and minimizes the risk of wiring errors and the on-site effort to isolate defects. Plug-and-play as your advantage.

3 The bus wiring is particularly easy because of the double-row SW3 SW2 1 spring terminals. The 120 Ω terminating resistor can be activated + 2 RS458 A 3 using the DIP switch. Digital transmission of the values ensures U RS458 B 4 shield 5 highest precision without conduction losses. The lines are looped through from sensor to sensor. Compared to star-shaped wiring, this dramatically reduces installation and cable costs. With several Modbus / BACnet bus versions Bus versions looped through test signals / variables available, the overview of savings is particularly evident. Y (output value)
