Locutions to the World (4/2/2011 – 11/7/2012) LOCUTIONS TO THE WORLD (4/2/2011 – 11/7/2012) Note: These locutions have ended on July 11, 2012 with a clear message from Mary. Instead, without explanation locutions instead continued, and are still available in books or in internet. But these subsequent locutions have been proved to be false, especially taking into account a very specific prediction of an economic collapse during the Papal visit in USA during September 2015. Then the main site was closed without any discernment. Prudentially these subsequent locutions are not part of this publication. Anyway, time will tell also about the predictions in the locutions contained in this book, in particular about a Marian priest that will become the Pope of Fatima, strictly linked to the future of Jerusalem and the whole world. You will receive these words as you have received all the other words. You will write the words down and record the proper dates. You will take these words to [your spiritual director] for his discernment. If his heart discerns that these messages should be released to the whole world, they will go forth. He will correctly say that these are being given to one of his directees. The time is short and that is why I have moved you so quickly. Introduction The beginning locutions are very special; focusing on the Fatima Vision (released by the Vatican (June 2000). Concerning Private Revelations: These are private revelations and there is no need to believe them. If these revelations help your faith, then receive them. If not, you can set them side. We are called to believe only public revelations. January 1, 2011 Lucy’s Fatima Vision Since the messages that follow concern the effects of the which Mary revealed to the three children of Fatima (July 13, 1917) I will put here Lucy’s description of that vision as released by the Vatican (June 2000). We saw in an immense light that is God: “something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it”, a Bishop dressed in white. We had the impression that it was the Holy Father. Other bishops, priests, men and woman religious going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough-hewn trunks, as of a cork-tree with the bark; before reaching there, the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain on his knees at the foot of the big Cross, he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way, there died one after another, the other bishops, priests, men and women religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions. Beneath the two arms of the Cross, there were two angels each with a crystal aspersorium in his hand, in which they gathered up the blood of the martyrs and with it sprinkled the souls that were making their way to God. 3 Locutions to the World Summary 1. Anthony Cekada The Prayers after Low Mass and recent events in Russia AFTER MY ORDINATION to the priesthood in 1977, I followed the lead of other traditional priests in the U.S., and began an- nouncing that the Leonine Prayers — the three Hail Marys, the Salve Regina and the St. Michael prayer recited after Low Mass — were recited “for the conversion of Russia.” Having heard this intention announced for the umpteenth time, a faithful traditional Catholic in a church I serve recently inquired: “Why do we always have to pray for the conversion of Russia? Why can’t we pray for America instead?” It seemed like a fair question. I therefore set out to document what was surely the correct answer: that the Church, responding to Our Lady’s 13 July 1917 request at Fatima, had decreed that the object of these prayers was to obtain Russia’s conversion to the Catholic Faith. End of story — or so I thought. I consulted about 20 standard commentaries on the Mass and encountered something surprising: not one of them stated that the Leonine Prayers were connected with the Fatima Mes- sage. And not one of them said that the object of the prayers was to bring about Russia’s conversion to Catholicism. Having drawn a blank, I turned to a multi-volume work containing the texts of all the laws the Holy See has promulgated since 1917.1 The work contained a number of official decrees on the Leonine Prayers — but none of the decrees tied the prayers to the Fatima Message.

Offering holocaust and sacrifices is not enough if one's heart is distant (Ps 51). To pray is to be in God's presence and be inundated, permeated and transformed by His Love so we can then work for Him and His Kingdom. To pray is to recognize oneself as a gift of God; and offer oneself as a gift to God, as Jesus and Mary did. It is then that the miracle of welcoming God into the world is fulfilled through prayer.
