2 8 Grahame Park Plot 9 Public realm and landscape

The public realm and landscape proposals have been developed by ME Landscape Studio. The proposal will be consistent with adjacent Colindale Square, using a similar palette of robust and high quality materials and integrating seamlessly with neighbouring streets and open spaces.

Landscape plan and examples of how the landscaping could look

The proposed scheme requires the removal of eight existing trees, including a poor quality tree along the western boundary. The proposed scheme, however, includes the planting of replacement new trees. Eight of the nine trees along the western boundary with Goldcrest Court are retained and reinforced with a native evergreen hedge and additional planting. 9 Grahame Park Plot 9 Next Steps

Choices for Grahame Park recognise the importance of talking and listening to local people. Your comments will inform emerging design for the site, in preparation for a planning application due to be submitted to the Borough of Barnet by mid-2019.
