Instruction to bidders regarding e-tendering process:- 1. The interested bidder can download the e-NIT/bidding document from the website http://jktenders.gov.in 2. Bids will be opened online as per time schedule mentioned in the E-NIT. 3. Before submission of online bids, bidders must ensure that scanned copies of all the necessary documents are attached with the bid. 4. The department will not be responsible for delay in online submission of bids, whatsoever reasons may be. 5. All the required information for bid must be filled and submitted online. 6. The details about cost of documents, EMD specified in the tender documents should be the same, as submitted online (scanned copies) otherwise bid will not be accepted. 7. Bidders are advised to use “My Documents” area in their user on http://jktenders.gov.in , e- tendering portal to store important documents. 8. Bidders are advised not to make any change in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) contents or its name. In no case they should attempt to create similar BOQ manually. 9. ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS

01. The tenderer should be registered with J&K Govt. /Govt. of India.

02. Call Deposit Receipt & Tender Fee receipt asprescribed CDR/FDR Format: Received from M/s…ABC…pledged to the Principal, Govt. Amar Singh College SrinagarKashmir.

03. Attested copies of the following documents. i) TIN Number/GST registration certificate from Commercial Sales Tax/ GST clearance certificate/ Income tax returnfor last three years filled by bidder and acknowledgement from the Competent Authority. ii) Balance Sheet for last three years duly authenticated by Chartered Accountant. iii) Turnover certificate of the Company during last three years issued by Chartered Accountant. iv) Registration Certificate from Commercial Taxation Department for the items is registered firms/agencies. v) The Bidder shall have to upload the scanned copies of all documents duly stamped and signed by the bidder on each page. The copies of the document to be uploaded must be clearly readable.

04. Scanned Copy of an affidavit for Rs.50/- stamp paper duly attested by Ist Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that:-

The tenderer who will be declared successful will have to deposit the Original documents with the office of the Principal Government Amar Singh College Srinagar before the allotment of supply order

06. Price bids (BOQ) in which Bidder/Tenderer shall quote their rates for items which have been advertised strictly on prescribed Tender document only.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. 1) Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes applicable (GST, Entry Tax, Other taxes & other charges etc). Bids/Rates offered exclusive of taxes shall not be considered at all. 2) The successful tenderer shall have to deposit Rs.5000= in the shape of CDR pledged to Principal, Govt. Amar Singh College Srinagar, as Security Deposit before issuance of supply order and In the event of failure of successful tenderer to supply the Musical Instuments within a stipulated time period, the call deposit & security deposit shall be forfeited. 3) The rates shown include supply, handling, transportation to College. 4) All the disputes between the parties evolving legal intervention shall be subject to the jurisdiction of J&K Courts at Srinagar. 5) The Principal, AS College Srinagar reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or part thereof without assigning any reason/reasons thereof. 6) The Bids must be submitted on-line through e-portal www.jktenders.gov.in before the stipulated time, The Department does not take any responsibility for delay caused due to the non-availability of internet services or network traffic jam for on-line Bids. 7) All the Musical Instuments shall be guaranteed against manufacturing defect. 8) Payment shall be made after verification of the Musical Instruments by the HOD of Music Department of the college against the invoice/s. 9) The successful bidder shall have to repair/replace the defective part of equipment at his own cost at the site. 10) The rates shall remain valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance of tender notice.
