NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2003--Gotham Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), announced today that it will release the thrilling driving shooter Starsky & Hutch(TM), under license with Sony Pictures Consumer Products, for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox(R) video game system from Microsoft, and PC in North America this fall.

Co-published by Take-Two's Gotham Games label, through a distribution agreement with Empire Interactive, players will relive the non-stop action of the renowned TV series, which in its four-year run established itself as a pop culture phenomenon. Donning the bell-bottoms of detectives Dave Starsky and Ken Hutchison, gamers control the trademark "Red Tomato" car and battle crime through the tough roads of Bay City. "Starsky & Hutch(TM) the game stays true to the formula that made the show so great," said Jamie Leece, president of Gotham Games. "Not only does it have the classic high-speed chases and crime-fighting action, but also the nostalgic appeal of authentic music, sound effects and unbelievable stunts that fans of the series know and love."
