Anatole Collinet Makosso, Minister of Civic Education and Youth, Republic of the Congo, and Representatives from African Union Meeting of Ministers of Youth Topic of Discussion  To inform approaches to meeting the needs of young people, the 2013 International Conference on Family Planning prioritizes engagement of youth leaders and Ministries of Youth. Representatives from the Youth Forum and Youth Ministers’ meeting preceding the conference will share priorities for family planning emerging from their deliberation and hear the perspectives of Ministers and others on these priorities.
