MEMBERSHIP LEVELS ANZIIF membership offers opportunities at all career stages, starting with Allied membership, for those yet to obtain qualifications and rising to the prestigious level of Fellow, for those with relevant post-graduate qualifications and strong insurance experience. ANZIIF members (above Allied level) are classified as Certified Insurance Professionals (CIP) and are eligible to use ANZIIF post-nominals.

An ANZIIF post-nominal demonstrates a high level of professional competence, allowing members to stand out from the crowd.

CERTIFIED INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL (CIP) The ANZIIF CIP designation demonstrates a professional’s commitment to a career in insurance. CIP members must: 25 CIP • Have an ANZIIF qualification or equivalent; POINTS • Participate in 25 hours of professional development per year (25 CIP points); and

• Adhere to the ANZIIF Code of Ethics.

ANZIIF provides an extensive library of technical articles, interactive online activities, a range of professional development events, and courses and qualifications to help members reach their 25 CIP points per year.

CIP MEMBER DIGITAL BADGE ANZIIF have partnered with Credly to provide CIP members with a digital badge — a new way to validate skills and achievements digitally. CIP Members can now share this achievement with employers, clients, peers and the industry digitally.
