Nestled Provence into a forested plain amid the Massif des Maures Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle mountains, Domaine de la Fouquette sits in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The magnificent 17th century Château de PAMPELONNE COTES DE Pampelonne borders the famous French Riviera PROVENCE ROSÉ beach of the same name in the commune of Ramatuelle, near Saint Tropez. The estate has been Provence in the Gasquet-Pascaud family since 1840, when it Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, was purchased by Gasquet ancestor André Folco, Tibouren treasurer for Napoléon III. It is the Côtes de Provence 345-150-720 ∙ 12/750ml Rosé for which the estate is best known. In addition to the classic rosé cépages of Grenache, Cinsault and ETA: Mid Mar Syrah, Pampelonne also uses Tibouren in the blend. PRICING: $168 This ancient Greek variety, now unique to this area of 91 VM (2019) France, is valued for the aromatic intensity it lends to some of Provence’s finest rosés.

Saint Roch les Vignes is not an individual domaine, SAINT ROCH LES VIGNES but rather a modern production facility in Cuers COTES DE PROVENCE ROSÉ serving most of the family winegrowers in that small Provence hillside village. Built in 1911 with the combined Grenache, Cinsault effort and assets of 143 growers, the winery was upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment in recent 345-170-720 ∙ 12/750ml years and now handles vinification for more than 200 ETA: Early Mar local vignerons. Fermentation with selected yeast PRICING: $144 takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. There is no malolactic fermentation, and brief 88 IWR (2018) elevage on the lees.

SAINT-HONORÉ Château Saint-Honoré is located in the seaside COTES DE PROVENCE ROSÉ Côtes de Provence sub-appellation of La Londe, Provence between Hyères and the Saint-Tropez Peninsula. Grenache, Syrah The estate’s 160 acres of vines thrive on forested slopes amid oaks, pines and mimosa overlooking 348-001-720 ∙ 12/750ml the Mediterranean’s Îles d’Or. The wine is gently ETA: Late Mar macerated and pressed, then fermented in concrete PRICING: $128 vats to preserve the flavors and quality of each variety. The Mas de Pampelonne estate borders Saint MAS DE PAMPELONNE Tropez’s most famous beach on the plain of COTES DE PROVENCE ROSÉ Ramatuelle. Founded in 1886 by Henri Florentin ‘ELEGANCE’ Gal, the property was expanded by his grandson Lucien Gal after WWII and now encompasses 35 Provence acres of prime Riviera real estate. Estate director and Grenache, Cinsault winemaker, Camille Coste, has helmed the estate 345-166-720 ∙ 6/750ml since 2013. Cuvee Elegance is a limited-edition wine produced from a selection of the domaine’s ETA: Early Mar best grapes. DOMAINE ERIC LOUIS Produced by Domaine Eric Louis in the village of ROSÉ ‘SOPHIE BERTIN’ Thauvenay. Sourced from sustainably farmed vines Loire Valley growing on primarily limestone soil, the fruit is Pinot Noir, Côt pressed slowly to extract all their aromatic power and fermented in cool stainless steel tanks to preserve 345-183-720 ∙ 12/750ml freshness and minerality. The wine stays on the fine ETA: Mid Feb lees through January to provide body. The result is PRICING: $96 a wine that expresses aromas of white fleshed fruits and floral notes, showcasing length on the palate and Certified Sustainable a mineral-toned finish. 88 VM (2019)

DOMAINE DE LA PAULINE Another wine by Eric Louis, named for his great- SANCERRE ROSÉ great-grandmother Pauline, who established the Loire Valley family’s reputation for quality wines in the 1860s. In Pinot Noir addition to the Domaine’s sustainable certification, Eric tends his vines organically, limits yields, and 345-186-720 ∙ 12/750ml schedules pruning, ploughing and picking according ETA: Mid Feb to lunar cycles (Maria Thun calendar). DOMAINE ERIC POLI ILL DE BEAUTE ROSE Eric Poli’s second project in Corsica. The grapes for NIELLUCIO this rosé come from 108 acres of vines which Eric Corsica planted in 2007 near his hometown of Linguizzetta, Niellucciu on the east coast of the island. While Clos Alivu’s grapes grow on terraced slopes of Petra Bianca, 345-256-720 ∙ 12/750ml these grapes sit in soils of mixed rock and clay. VILLA DES ANGES Villa des Anges is crafted by winemaker Jeff Carrel VIEILLES VIGNES ROSÉ at the Espitalet des Anges domaine in the commune Pays d’Oc of Capestang. PENYA COTES CATALANES ROSÉ Cases de Pene is a tiny village in the Roussillon region of Southern France, just 30 miles north of Languedoc Spain. Ceded to France in the mid 17th century, Grenache, Syrah the area is still known as “French Catalonia.” 212-032-720 ∙ 12/750ml This heritage is celebrated at the winery with the Catalan spelling of the ancient Château and village ETA: Mid Feb Cooperative: “Penya.” Vinification methods include PRICING: $88 direct pressing, with no maceration. Purchased in 1970 by the Durand and Valentin LANCYRE families, the Château was originally built in the LANGUEDOC ROSÉ 1500s, on the ruins of a 12th century fort. Records Pic Saint Loup of winemaking date back to 1550. Lancyre is now viewed among the top estates of Pic Saint-Loup, Syrah, Grenache, which has justifiably garnered a reputation as the 212-018-720 ∙ 12/750ml Languedoc’s single best wine district. It is the most ETA: Mid Mar northerly of all Languedoc appellations. AUSTRIA

HÖPLER Höpler is a family owned winery, located south east ‘PANNONICA’ ROSÉ of Vienna in Burgenland. Their 46ha of vineyards Burgenland lie in the Leithaberg Hills, on the shores of Lake Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Neusiedl. The winery is famous for making the house wines for the Trapp Family Lodge of Sound Blaufränkisch of Music fame. Quinta da Calçada has been producing wine in CALCADA Amarante for over a century, making them one of LAGO VINHO VERDE ROSÉ the oldest producers of the Vinho Verde region. Vinho Verde Vineyards are located throughout the sub-region of Amarante and enjoy a diverse microclimate and : Vinhão distinctive terroir. Bodegas Ramirez de la Piscina was founded in San Vicente de la Sonsierra in 1973 by Julio Ramirez de RAMIREZ DE LA PISCINA la Piscina, a second-generation vintner with roots ROSADO in Ábalos, Rioja. The family name, Ramirez de la Piscina, is an ancient medieval Spanish name that Rioja can be traced back the the 12th century and is tied Viura, Garnacha to a hermitage near the winery called La Ermita de 218-030-720 ∙ 12/750ml Santa María. This classic Rioja Rosado begins with a 24-hour skin-contact maceration in cold tanks. The ETA: Late Feb grapes are stirred gently during this time to release PRICING: $96 phenolic compounds. Then the must is extracted and settles for an additional 24 hours before a cool, slow fermentation.

ILURCE GARNACHA ROSÉ ‘RIO Ilurce wines are the result of a collaboration MADRE’ between the Escudero family and Jorge Ordóñez. Rioja Oriental The vines are farmed without the use of herbicides, Garnacha fungicides, or pesticides. They are both head trained and trellised, and all dry farmed. The deep color for 214-020-720 ∙ 12/750ml this rosé is extracted by a light saignée. DOMINIO DE EGUREN ‘PROTOCOLO ROSADO’ Dominio de Eguren is the value oriented project from the Eguren family. A family of viticulturists Castilla-la-Mancha going back five generations to the 1870s, the Eguren Bobal, Tempranillo family were responsible for founding Bodegas 216-010-720 ∙ 12/750ml Sierra Cantabria in 1956. This rosé sees an 18-hour cold soak followed by temperature-controlled ETA: Early Feb fermentation in stainless steel to maintain its PRICING: $64 vibrant color and fresh aromas. 88 JD (2019) / 91 JS (2018) / 87 JD (2018)

DOMINIO DE EGUREN ‘PROTOCOLO ROSADO’ This is another offering from Dominio de Eguren, ORGANIC made from 100% organic Bobal. The vines are Castilla-la-Mancha planted primarily in the limits of DO Manchuela Bobal, Tempranillo between 600 and 700M above sea level, and are dry farmed. The grapes undergo a short cold maceration 216-010-720 ∙ 12/750ml and are pressed and vinified in stainless steel. ETA: Late Feb Fermentation occurs at low temperatures to retain PRICING: $80 the natural aromatics of the Bobal. Cold stabilized and bottled early in the season to preserve freshness. ARRUMACO GARNACHA ROSÉ Arrumaco is a classic Garnacha Valencia rosé. It has become a go-to label Garnacha that has risen to the top in a crowded category of sensational 212-026-720 ∙ 12/750ml values. DI GIOVANNA NERO D’AVOLA ROSATO ‘V.5 VASCA CINQUE’ The indigenous Sicilian grape Nero d’Avola Terre Siciliane grows in the high-altitude calcareous, rocky soils of Di Giovanna’s Fiuminello vineyard, Nero d’Avola in the protected nature reserve of Monte 530-228-320 ∙ 4/3L Genuardo, Sambuca di Sicilia. The area is 530-372-K20 ∙ 20L Keg noted for extreme day to night temperature ETA: Mid Mar swings, and stony ground, rich with organic substance. The Sangiovese used for Ninfalia are from younger vineyard and earlier harvest. The juice are the LA FIORITA natural drain from the weight of the grape. The TOSCANA ROSATO ‘NINFALIA’ rosé is then transferred into a 17hl concrete egg Toscana Rosato IGT for 6 months before bottling. Rose gold color, fully opened, intense fruit with a floral nose makes Sangiovese this wine a very attractive rosé. Instead of becoming a hobo, Kenny Likitprakong became a “Hobo Winemaker.” Despite knowing FOLK MACHINE better, he started his own label in 2002 with the GAMAY NOIR ROSÉ ARROYO simple idea to have some good fun. The Folk SECO Machine line comprises the more obscure vineyards California and varieties of California. Made from Gamay grapes that result from a grafting and planting project in Gamay Arroyo Seco.
