    STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES: ADVENTURE WATER ACTIVITIES DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES The activities involved are undertaken on foot and can involve the traverse of sea cliffs, journeying up and down gorges or crossing water obstacles by swimming or with rope assistance. Locations are hill or coastal based and accessed/egressed on foot or marine craft from designated locations. The activities can involve scrambling, climbing, wading, swimming, abseiling, jumping or crossing obstacles by the use of ropes. The major activities covered within this section are as follows: . canyoning . coasteering . gorge walking . burn walking . Rock pooling . Body Boarding PRECAUTIONS TO MINIMISE HAZARDS It is essential that the Standard Operating Procedures are followed and that personnel leading the Group fully brief the group to pay attention to hazard warning information, remain in control of the activity and follow accredited tuition and activity progression. The specific hazards above are not exhaustive and additional hazards or combinations may arise during the course of an activity necessitating ongoing attention to minimise or control the risk(s) to a manageable level. SEASONAL CONSTRAINTS The activities can take place all year. The normal accepted operating season is from 1 April to 31 October. Out with the above dates the water/air temperature is usually too low for prolonged activity on location. Please note that neither the institution nor the examiners are responsible − through the approval of this thesis − for the theories and methods used, or results and conclusions drawn in this work. 2 Abstract The main goal of this master thesis is to estimate the intrinsic value of one share in Oslo Klatresenter AS as of the 2nd of May 2021. The fundamental valuation technique of adjusted present value was selected as the preferred valuation method. In addition, a relative valuation was performed to supplement the primary fundamental valuation. This thesis found that the climbing gym market in Oslo is likely to enjoy a significant growth rate in the coming years, with a forecasted compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in sales volume of 6,76% from 2019 to 2033. From there, the market growth rate is assumed to have reached a steady-state of 3,50%. The period, however, starts with a reduced market size in 2020 and an expected low growth rate from 2020 to 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this and an assumed new competing climbing gym opening at the beginning of 2026, OKS AS revenue is forecasted to grow with a CAGR of 4,60% from 2019 to 2033.

    RERU VALLEY EXPEDITION PROPOSAL 2011 FOREWORD The destination of this expedition is to the Reru valley in the Zanskar range. This range is located in the north East of India in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, between the Great Himalayan range and the Ladakh range. Until 2009 there had been no climbing expeditions to the valley, and there are a large number of unclimbed summits between 5700m and 6200m in this area: only two of the 36 identified peaks have seen ascents. Our expedition aims to take a large group of 7 members that will use a single base camp but split into two teams that will attempt different types of objective. One team will focus on technical rock climbing ascents, whilst the other team will focus on alpine style mixed snow and rock ascents of unclimbed peaks with a target elevation of around 6000m. After his incredible free solo climbing of 1,000 meters of El Capitan, Alex Honnold will participate in the IMS in Bressanone. Now ticket office is open. Alex Honnold started to climb as a child at the age of 11 . The passion for this sport grew with him so much that at 18 he interrupted his studies at Berkeley to dedicate himself exclusively to climbing. This was the beginning of his life as a professional climber. Honnold is known as much for his humble, self-effacing attitude as he is for the dizzyingly tall cliffs he has climbed without a rope to protect him if he falls. “I have the same hope of survival as everybody else. I just have more of an acceptance that I will die at some point”, extreme climber A lex Honnold said in an interview with National Geographic. Honnold is considered the best free solo climber in the world and holds several speed records, for instance for El Capitan in Yosemite National Park in California, which he climbed a few weeks ago in less than 4 hours without rope or any other protection.
