Other Activities:

I directly oversee the biomonitoring activities of the EARDC including special studies. I supervise the water quality activities of our center directly including interpretation of water analyses done by our State Certified Drinking Water Laboratory.

As Director of EARDC, I manage a University research center that is administratively similar to an Academic Department. I report to the Administration of the University through the Dean of the College of Science. I am a member of the Council for the School of Science.

I also own and operate a ranch in Terrell Co. Texas. I have purebred Angus Cattle, and a Cow-calf operation. The ranch is also managed for hunting.
