Inside you will find everything you need to plan your next group outing. From premium outings to small groups, scouts to schools, we have you covered. We look forward to making your 2016-17 event memorable! PLAN YOUR OUTING Decide which events you would like to attend. The St. Louis Blues, Scottrade Center and Peabody Opera House host a variety of events guaranteed to meet your needs. Place your reservations. Contact the Group Sales Office at (314) 622-5454 or [email protected] between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Provide the following information: • Event, performance or game date and time • Number of tickets needed and price level • Group name and contact info • Group coordinator’s name • Any special requests (handicap accessible/special assistance) GENERAL CONTACT INFORMATION Make your deposit. The minimum group size required for a group discount varies for each event, but usually ranges from 10-20 people. Groups require a 20% non- refundable, non-transferable deposit upon reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final payment. Final payment is due two to three weeks prior to the event. Prices are subject to change. A $10 one-time service fee will be applied to all group orders. You will receive a term sheet that confirms your order via mail or email. Notify your group! Get the word out in your company newsletter, email, promotional flyer or paycheck stuffers. Promotional materials, such as posters and SCOTTRADE CENTER & PEABODY OPERA HOUSE STAFF flyers, are available for most events at no extra charge. Make your payment. Payment can be made by: • Check or Money Order (payable to Scottrade Center, St. Louis Blues or Peabody Opera House) • Credit Card (MasterCard, Discover, Visa or AMEX) • Cash (call to make an appointment with your group representative, please do not mail cash) Deadline for payment is generally two to three weeks prior to the event.
