Its actions are supported by its 100 active volunteers and 35 employees between HQ and branches. Red Cross Red Crescent Movement partners actively involved in the operation: The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The Regional Intervention Platform for the Americas and the Caribbean of the French Red Cross (PIRAC) does not have a presence in the country but has offered to support the operation if requested. Other partner organizations actively involved in the operation: Civil Defence Commission (CDC), The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), UN OCHA, HydroMET Guyana. The major donors and partners of the Disaster Relief Emergency Fund (DREF) include the Red Cross Societies and governments of Belgium, Britain, Canada, Denmark, German, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as DG ECHO, Blizzard Entertainment, Mondelez International Foundation, Fortive Corporation and other corporate and private donors.
