That same dinner also fea- tures “Just for Laughs” comedian Dave Hemstad as the emcee for the evening. Taking place at the Batawa Lions Community Rinks in Batawa, this four-on-four pond hockey tournament is hoping to attract 32 teams this year, including the first ever all-female team to partici- pate, according to Heather Candler of the Batawa Development Corporation.
