This is one of the oldest clubs in France with the course originally designed by Tom Simpson in 1920. It is located in the Fontainebleau forest, part of the ancient imperial hunting grounds, with magnificent trees (some several centuries old) lining the fairways. From time to time, Golf de Fontainebleau has been rated number 1 in France. The latest rankings place it in the top 4 in France and in the top 6 in Europe. It is not to be missed!
