NEWS & UPDATES 1. ACTED , leading HRRP in Dhading closed its activities in the district on 31 August 2107.

2. On 22nd August-2017, Dhading HRRP joined DFID for a meeting at Siddhalekh Rural Municipality to discuss on the current issues and challenges in reconstruction. Meeting also focused on identifying the population who were missed to be on the beneficiary list. DFID also expressed its interest in helping the government stakeholders in formulating future development plans.

3. Joint visit was conducted by HRRP Dhading along with NRA Engineer and NRA/UNDP District Support Engineer to Kiranchok & vdc of Dhading District. Both of these VDCs have good complaint rate that can be attibuted to the availability of skilled and un-skilled manpower and also avaibility of local materials, stone, timber and sand. © HRRP-Dhading However, due to scarcity of water, lengthy approval process, lack of awareness have caused delay in reconstruction.
