The BREATH of the ALMIGHTY MINISTRIES, INC. CAROL A The Ordained Minister of The BREATH OF THE ALMIGHTY MINISTRIES, INC. CAROL A. SMITH CALACHUCHI RD., ANDAGAO, KALIBO, AKLAN 5600 PHILIPPINES Tel. 36-268 4834 E-mail: [email protected] S.E.C. Reg. No. E199700368 June 2011 Dear Partners, Greetings in the wonderful Name of Jesus! It is hard to believe that as of this November 2011, I have been living for 24 years in Aklan, but traveling to other parts of the country. I have seen the hunger and longing of the Filipinos for answers that only Jesus Christ can bring them. We have seen many people born again, healed, and set free from the dominion of Satan and filled with the Holy Spirit. I have seen the wonders of nature lying in this Island. We believe that Jesus will truly be Lord of this nation. Since the beginning of 2011 we had been busy with our Bible school activities. Our six second year students went to different churches ministering to the children, youth and with women. It is also the desire of our hearts to minister in the lives of the inmates in Nalook Provincial Jail, as your word reminds us that “Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body”. Hebrews 13:3. We visited them, shared the goodness and the love of God in their lives. These activities had been held outside the two days of Bible class usually on the week ends. It really has given them opportunity for each of the students to minister in front of others. The end of March was our graduation ceremony at Church of Visayas in Andagao, Kalibo. Four of our students graduated and two had special recognition. The Graduates with Engr. Beltran & the Bible Training Center Instructors. Geodetic Engr. Antonio P. Beltran our guest speaker The third week of April the youth camp was of great help in identifying and harnessing the lives of youths, as the theme “Receiving God’s Empowerment for His Kingdom Advancement”. Sis. Vivian Francisco, one of the teacher in Bible School and pastoring in Camaligan, Batan, Aklan, together with Sis Glenda Delos Santos were chosen to teach more about the Holy Spirit. After the teaching, a lot of teens were revived and baptized with the Holy Spirit as they spoke in different tongues tears rolled down their face, asking for more of God’s presence and committing all of them in Christ Jesus. I pray that the contagious power of love for the Lord Jesus Christ among youths in Aklan will spread throughout the province and to all parts of the Philippines. In Polocate May 6-7, we had our 2 days Kids Camp. Thirty seven kids attended the camp. Our theme is “Running the Race with Jesus” and theme verse is Heb. 12:2, fixing our eyes to Jesus. This is the continuation of our last year camp. During this camp many children were blessed and many kids accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They also enjoyed the cheers, song and dance, contest which includes Bible memory verse, Bible drill and Bible quiz. We provided food during the 2 days camp for the children. The Children attending Kids Camp As of now, we have started a new children’s outreach in Agbanawan with 16 children in attendance. Praise the Lord! The children are faithful in attending and we are blessed to use their talents in church. Also they are going with us in the Bible studies and visitation. The Rushton family arrived in Kalibo on April 23rd . During the week the past ZOE students and staff had their ZOE Family Reunion at Devora Beach Resort, Jawili, Tangalan, Aklan. Approximately 40 attended Bro. James and Sis. Mary spoke and with other ZOE students graduates also sharing. The messages were really empowered by God through the ministering of the Holy Spirit. They were so blessed to hear and with the confirmation of the Word of God on individual lives. Also a great time of fellowship with each other. Sis Mary and Jason could only stay until the 29th and then had to return to the States. ZOE Family Reunion Attendees Past ZOE students, Sisters Dole, Eunice, Carolina and Bro.Lemuel invited Bro. James to share and minister in their church as well as churches on the islands that were started approximately 20 years ago. Their ministry is in Estancia, Iloilo about two in a half hour to Kalibo. I drove the truck with Bro. James, with three other ministers to Estancia. Returning to Kalibo we had added four more persons. Needless to say the truck was full of people but we returned safely to Kalibo. The start of making charcoal. Fire is The beautiful sea & Island of Climbing over rocks to get off the started in the bottom & after a week – Estancia Iloilo. bangka (boat). you have charcoal. I was eager to go with the team to Estancia because approximately 20 years ago I was with the ZOE boat when it was evangelizing this Island here off of Estancia. So it was a joy to go to Bito-on Island (the Island I had previously been on) and see the enthusiasm of the lives of the people in God’s work. We had a good time of fellowship with these believers. The Brethrens on the Bito-on with Ptr. Bernie Partner, thank you for your continued prayer and financial support for this ministry .I pray that your seed-gift will multiply back to you a bountiful harvest of financial blessings to you.. We still are standing and believing for complete finances for the church building and parsonage in Camaligan. If God leads you to make a donation towards the building, on the memo line of your check write church building project. Please send checks to Nation International payable to – Nation to, P.O.
