This ICN is necessary to address the following minor revision: x The effective date of July 13, 2020 has been changed to August 14, 2020. This extension is necessary to ensure sufficient time for the WIPP Certified Programs to update impacted procedures and waste certification plans, and for CBFO to review, and approve changes to these documents.
