Management Appointments at Capgemini Finance

Paris, May 10, 2007 – Several management appointments have recently been made in Capgemini Finance driven by Nicolas Dufourcq, Deputy CFO.

Eric Hanania, as CFO for Continental Europe and Asia Pacific Eric Hanania graduated from ISG in 1987 and holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a DECF (French Diploma of Accounting and Financial Studies). He began his career at Arthur Andersen as an external auditor. In 1990, he joined Capgemini’s internal auditing team before becoming Financial Controller of several entities in Germany at Debis Systemhaus (a Daimler-Chrysler subsidiary) in 1994. Following Capgemini’s merger with Ernst & Young Consulting, Eric took the position of deputy CFO for Germany and Central Europe in 2001, becoming CFO two years later. Since 2005, he has held the position of CFO for Central, South and East Europe.

Michel Ginet, as CFO for West Europe After graduating from ESCP (European postgraduate business school) in 1978, Michel Ginet started his career as an external auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, before joining Capgemini in 1990. He went on to become CFO of several Group entities including Bossard Gemini Consulting in 1997. Following Capgemini’s merger with Ernst & Young Consulting in 2000, Michel was named Financial Director for the Asia Pacific region, in . Since March 2004, Michel has been CFO for Capgemini France.

Rakesh Malani, as CFO for Financial Services & Insurance With an MBA from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and a Bachelors degree from the Technological Institute of Textiles and Sciences, Rakesh Malani began his career in India at Reliance Industries Ltd and then moved to the United States to work at AT&T and Portal Software (now part of Oracle). In 2002, he joined Kanbay to lead the global finance team, based out of India. Following Capgemini’s acquisition of Kanbay in February 2007, Rakesh has been named CFO of the new FSI (Finance Services and Insurance) business unit. He will be based in the United States in this role.

Bruno Nigrelli, as Capgemini Group CIO, Finance department Following his graduation as an engineer from France’s ENST (postgraduate school of telecommunications) in in 1982, Bruno Nigrelli spent the early stages of his career with two small IT service companies in France and Spain. He joined Capgemini in 1987 as a business manager in Public Sector Systems Integration, before becoming Director of the business unit. In 1995, he participated in the outsourcing boom in France, notably as manager of Application Management. In 1999 he became CEO and a member of the Board of Capgemini France. Called to Group headquarters in 2001 following Capgemini’s merger with Ernst & Young Consulting, one of Bruno’s first tasks was to set up a shared knowledge database and global knowledge manager’s network to support and feed into it. He then joined the Group’s IT management team, contributing to the efforts to bring the Group back to profitability with an internal IT infrastructure cost reduction program.
