Personal attention of all the Heads of the Institutions mentioned in the address entry under the control of the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Vijayawada is invited to the references cited on the subject matter and they are requested to furnish the ACRs for the year 2018-19 and APRs for the year 2018 in respect of the Professors mentioned in the Annexure duly countersigned by the respective Institution Heads, so as to prepare DPC Proposals for promotion to the posts of Additional Directors / Principals of Medical Colleges / Superintendents of Teaching hospitals for the panel year 2019-2020, immediately for taking necessary action as desired by the Govt. in the ref. 2nd cited.

The above information should be submitted to this office by special messenger on or before 27. 02. 2020 without fail. The information received after due date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
