Our offices are located in Krefeld (Germany) and Liège area (Belgium). aXialyze enables companies to realize tangible performance improvements for long lasting success, mindful of each organization’s long-term business strategy and stakeholders’ needs. Therefore, we accompany our clients from the identification of improvement opportunities to the implementation of the jointly elaborated improvement strategies.

Your profile • You hold a Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering or another related field • Experience in supply chain management and/or consulting is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German or French are required, additional languages are a plus • You have superior analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit • You are able to manage multiple commitments and tasks simultaneously • You are highly motivated, a reliable team player and willing to travel internationally

Day to day duties will consist of, but will not be limited to: • Understanding the client’s strategic and tactical objectives • Identifying business problems or improvement opportunities, mainly through analysis of data and processes • Translating identified opportunities into an improvement strategy and roadmap for execution • Designing and delivering client deliverables based on client needs and expectations • Accompanying clients in the implementation of defined strategies
