1 Mentoring Program The Cumulus “New Seller Mentoring” program pairs seasoned and new account executives together to build leadership skills in the more senior sellers and provide a real-world perspective to the formal skills being taught to the junior sellers. Each new Account Executive is assigned a primary mentor who is selected based on his/her strengths. During this reporting period, our SEU paired two new Account Executive with mentors.

2 Management-level training regarding prevention of During the months of April and May 2021, our SEU discrimination and harassment in the workplace participated in harassment prevention training. Our SEU’s nine (9) managers were required to complete a course prepared by ThinkHR entitled, “Harassment Prevention for US Managers,” designed to help develop a set of values in managerial and supervisory employees that will assist them in preventing and effectively responding to incidents of discrimination and workplace harassment. This course addressed federal anti- discrimination and anti-harassment law as well as relevant state requirements. In order to obtain a certificate of participation, managers were required to take a quiz following their completion of the tutorial.

3 Participate in event/program sponsored by educational On February 25,2021, our SEU’s KUBL-FM institutions relating to career opportunities in Morning Show Hosts conducted a zoom call with a broadcasting class from Timpangos High School, during which they talked about careers in radio programming as well as the education/skill set necessary for success in this position.
