It names the By-law, states its relationship with other by-laws, defines the area to which it applies, how it is to be enforced, etc. In essence, it identifies the legal parameters within which the By-law functions. 1.1 Title This By-law shall be known as the Zoning By-law or By-law Nº 2012-35 of the Corporation of the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal. 1.2 Applications and Plans In addition to the requirements of any Building
