Subject :- West Zone Inter University Volleyball (Men) Championship 2019-2020 Dear Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University is conducting West Zone Inter University Volleyball Championship for Men 2019-2020 from 16 th December 2019 to 20 th December 2019. It Would be pleasure to watch your teams in action. I invite team for the participation in the Championship. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SAID CHAMPIONSHIP IS AS UNDER:- 01. Teams are requested to bring with them 4 copies of the eligibility duly signed by the Director/Incharge alongwith the required document mentioned in the AIU eligibility rules. 02. Unfurnished accommodation to the teams will be provided by the University at Nagpur on arrival at Nagpur. 03. Security Deposit Rs. 3000/- per team will be collected from each team. Teams will be accommodated only ONE DAY PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST MATCH and must vacant the rooms within 12 hours after the completion of their last match. this will be strictly followed please note. 04. Participating teams are requested to inform the date and time of Arrival at Nagpur on following contact number on or before 10 th December 2019 in advance.
