Nicolas Charalambousis the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and the founder of Hellenic Seaplanes S.A..Prior Hellenic Seaplanes, Nicolas was Managing Director of Element Power HellasS.A. (Hudson Clean Energy Partnersa U.S. private equity firm with investments in clean energy industry)and Managing Partner of Premium Consulting P.C. which he co-founded in 2005.

Also Mr. Charalambous is the founder & C.E.O. of F.C. Future Cooperation Ltd, founder of Energy Partners Hellas Ltd, and co-founder& Managing Partner of Incubo Strategies Ltd. Nicolas has always been actively committed to furthering the innovation and growth of his companies.

Mr. Charalambous started his carrier at Olympic Games organization, 2004, where he served as Director of Logistics 04 Consortium, head of the HR Department. Konstantinos Kopsidas Konstantinos Kopsidas was born in Athens. Konstantinos began his Medical Specialty in Ophthalmology at the University Clinic of Muenster, Germany, where he obtained PhD title of “Doctor of Medicine” for his research in the regeneration of retinal ganglion cells, with the highest distinction. His PhD thesis was selected as a candidate for an award among all the Doctor Thesis in Germany in all sciences for that year. The same year he completed his specialty in Ophthalmology at the University Eye Clinic at the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas. In 2010 he received the title of “Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology” in .

After the completion of his specialty he went to the United Kingdom where he subspecialized in the most distinguished eye centers in the fields of Retinal Diseases, Ocular Oncology and Curative, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Oculoplastic Surgery. He has worked with distinguished scientists abroad in these fields on both an academic and clinical level.

Since 2015 he has been working as Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon in various University Hospitals in the UK. He has publications in peer reviewed journals, and has been a lecturer at many international conferences abroad and in Greece. He was also awarded a prize in some of those for his research work. Equally important is his teaching work towards young scientists in the field of Ophthalmology in general, but also in Ocular Oncology and Oculoplastics in particular, as a tutor in international courses.

Konstantinos Kopsidas is a member of the General Medical Council (GMC), Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth), British Medical Association (BMA), British Oculoplastic Surgery Society (BOPSS), International Society of Ophthalmic Oncology (ISOO), the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS), the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS), the European Retinal Society (EURETINA), the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), and the European Glaucoma Society (EGS). Charalampos Gargaretas Strategic Planning & Water Airports Development Director Charalampos Gargaretas is a graduate of Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a holder of MSc in Energy and Environment Economics and Regulatory Policy by the University of Surrey in Great Britain. Executive Protection Specialist with over 26 years high-profile close protection experience in Greece and abroad. Trained in England and the United States in Close Protection and security disciplines, with extensive Special Forces military experience.

Over the years Mr. Varlas has headed the security projects of top level VIPs, including Royalty, Politicians, Celebrities, Corporate, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and Companies, both in Greece and abroad.

His leadership and managerial skills were reinforced specially after his οoccupation with his own international security consulting agency having very important customers from a variety of sectors. Antonios Polydorou Director of Aviation Medical Services In 1978 he was awarded a PhD from the University of Athens and then until 1985 trained in hemodynamic and interventional cardiology and in the treatment of carotid and peripheral vessels in Great Britain, in France, in America and he served for 40 years as an interventional cardiologist in major hospitals in Greece and abroad.

During his career he collaborated with leading Greek and foreign scientists and dealt with pioneering heart, carotid and peripheral vascular interventions which he taught to doctors from various countries. He did the first worldwide, renal artery treatment with Multilayer stent. He has a rich research and writing project organized by 35 seminars and World Congresses and is a member and chairman of many scientific societies.

There were many honorary distinctions. He was honored professor of cardiology at the medical School of the State University in Iasi, Romania and was awarded the title of Knight at the University of Apollonia. He was honored by the Ministers of Health of Greece and Cyprus through the excellent organization of the World Congress of Greek Doctors of diaspora.

He is in charge of the SPA tourism program and offers his services to the expatriate secretariat. He was for a series of years member and Vice-Chairman of the board at the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center. Emilia Solomonidou Customer Relations Manager

Emilia Solomonidou graduated from Middlesex University in London with a BA in Marketing. Then she continued her studies with an MPhil at Bolton University majoring in Communications. She conducted her research on the role of Media and Public Relations on rebranding a destination (Τhe case of Greece).

Emilia also has a Public Relations Diploma from New York College in Athens. From 2012 she is the Co- Founder of Cubik-S, a communications company that specializes in Branding and Digital Communications. From 2013 she is Member of the Board of Hellenic Seaplanes S.A and leading Customer Relations Manager. Konstantinos Iliakis IT Manager

Konstantinos Iliakis is the Chief IT Officer of our company. He is a graduate of the Department of Mathematics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has completed postgraduate studies at the Athens Technical University in the field of "Computer Networks and Advanced Communications".

Since 2007 he has been working as a freelance professional, IT consultant. He has been Head of IT Infrastructure Departments, mainly in oil companies and shipping. Specifically we mention, Kinetic Petrol & Gas, Kinetic Shipping, Balkanian Group. He has created software that is used inter alia by the ELPE Group and the "Hellenic Education" school. He has also worked with Google in the implementation of "cloud" technologies in the field of encryption.

He used to be author in "Computer For All" magazine for many years, writing the main articles. To date, he has also been involved in education as a teacher of Mathematics and Informatics because he is interested in teaching and transmitting knowledge to younger generations. Panagiotis Zafeiriou Environmental Scientist

Mr Panagiotis Zafeiriou is an environmental scientist – MSc Waste Management and works as an environmental planning consultant, with long (20 yrs) and wide experience in environmental impact assessment (of projects, activities, plans and programs), waste management and adults training on environmental issues (waste management, recycling, climate change etc.).

Mr Zafeiriou has a broad knowledge of the national and the European legislation for the environment and EU policies for the environmental protection and development. Speaks english and spanish, responds to cooperations with ease and is fairly experienced in workgroups. He is currently responsible for the Panagiotis Zafeiriou Consulting Firm - Environmental Planning and Development Consultant, who is mainly involved in assessing the environmental impact of all types of projects and activities. Ilias Vougiouklakis completed his undergraduate studies at Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus (2014), on the field of tourism administration and hospitality management. Has always been passionate about aviation since gaining his PPL in the UK in 1991. He worked in the airline industry at MyTravel Airways UK in customer services, as a check-in agent and flight dispatcher. He completed his CPL/ME/IR in South Africa, and was type rated on the C208B & B200.

After 3 years in South Africa he worked for an air charter based out of Botswana as a bush pilot, for an additional 3 years, operating the C206H & C208B as Line pilot; then progressing to Training Captain in the Okavango Delta, Namibia, Zimbabwe and was based out of Lusaka, Zambia.

Returning to Greece he gained his EASA CPL/ME/IR & MCC. He continued flying the C208B in the Channel Islands based out of Guernsey operating in Jersey, Alderney and northern France. He was a sales executive in AirSea Lines, the first serious attempt of Seaplanes operating in Greece. He has an MBA in Tourism from an English University and keeps on learning in every new digital aspect resulting.

He has founded a travel agency in 2013. He is a business consultant in tourism, aviation and ferry matters , cooperating with leading companies in Greece, Europe and Middle East and being expertised in B2B networking sales.

He believes very much in Seaplanes project, on account of this he has committed to it the last 6 years. George Lioudakis Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Sound & Vibration Studies. He has fourteen (14) years of experience, 11 of them in acoustics and noise & vibration control sector as an Acoustic Consultant – Project Coordinator, Developer of Special Software for Acoustics and in Seismic Isolation of buildings.

As an engineer he has experience in the construction sector and he got involved in supply and purchasing department, organizing and coordinating worksites, projects’ financial planning, costing and tendering department at HQ and as a site engineer: quantity surveyor, close-out reports, project planning - scheduling while in charge for the organization and project management of infrastructure projects at various places in Central Greece.
