District News: Superintendent Listening Session Thursday, May 15. Please join Superintendent Mike Scott for his final Listening Session of the 2013‐14 school year on Thursday, May 15, 5:30‐7pm in the Administration Center Board Room (3083 NE 49th Place). Superinten‐ dent Scott will share information on the 2014‐15 budget and answer any other questions you may have. Spanish translation is available.
Naviance Information Nights. Families of middle and high school students are invited to come to one of three upcoming meetings to learn more about Naviance—a web‐based resource for staff, students, and parents that encourages and supports post‐high school ca‐ reer and college planning. Meetings are 5/13, 6:30pm @ Liberty; 5/14, 6pm @ Century; and 5/21, 6pm @ Glencoe.
Other things to note. The Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is holding a red carpet event on Tuesday, May 13, from 4:30‐ 5:30pm at the Hillsboro Civic Center (150 E.
