Time ﬂ ies and we are excited to welcome you to our annual Montana Breeders Group Horse Sale. Now in its 17th year, the Montana Breeders Group has put together yet another roster of outstanding consignments from the very heart of the quarter horse breeders of this region. We all hope that each and every one of you has the opportunity and takes the time to appreciate the diverseness and quality of each of our consignors breeding programs. Our 17th sale will be held Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Livestock Pavilion, Montana ExpoPark, Great Falls, Montana. All horses will be available for viewing after 4:00 P.M. on Saturday the 30th and again at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday. As always feel free to visit with the consignors. They have worked at the very least 12 months in bringing these outstanding horses to Great Falls and will be more than happy to show them to you. 76 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Once horse enters the sale ring, it will be sold to the highest accepted bidder. The auctioneer has complete charge of the sale and in case of a dispute in the bidding, his decision will be fi nal. 2. All sales are for cash, approved checks, or authorized Visa or Mastercard credit cards (plus a 3% handling charge on all Credit Card purchases) and all horses must be paid for in full before receiving delivery of horse. Foreign buyers are required to pay for their purchases in the form of US currency or authorized Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards (plus a 3% handing charge) payable in US Funds. These horses are being sold according to the laws of the STATE of MON- TANA and will be strictly enforced. A $30 collection fee will be charged on bad checks. 3. All horses sell registered with the AQHA. A $15.00 transfer fee will be assessed the buyer of each horse. Registration transfers along with that fee will be sent to the AQHA once settlement has cleared our bank. AQHA will assess non-current members a membership fee before registration papers are returned. 4. All sellers will provide a halter and lead rope with each horse. All horses are halter broke. 5. Every effort has been made to insure correctness of pedigree names, numbers, and offi cial records. Any known corrections will be made at sale time. Announcements from the auction stand will take precedence over printed matter in the catalog. 6. A Montana Veterinarian and a Montana State Brand Inspector will be at the sale to assist buyers with rapid departures of their purchases.. 7. Owners warrant each horse to be sound with the exception of obscure blemishes or defects. Any condition to the contrary will be announced. 8. Sale personnel and auctioneer do not act as agents for or represent either buyer or seller, but merely provide a medium for bringing together buyer and seller for the purpose of sales transactions. The NCSHA and/or the Montana Breeders Group, LLC assume no liability for defects in the quality, soundness or condition of the horse whatsoever. 9. HORSE BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF THE BUYER WHEN SOLD BY THE AUCTIONEER AND THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND EXPENSE OF THE HORSE FROM THIS TIME HENCEFORTH. 10. Every effort has been made to secure sound horses. Buyers are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED and have the RESPONSIBILITY to examine horses before bidding. THERE ARE NO FURTHER GUARANTEES! 11.
