Indicative Programme INDICATIVE HIGHWAY PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME (CANDIDATE SITES - 2021-23) This indicative forward programme is determined from Council priorities that align at Strategic Level. These include independent condition surveys, Technical Officer assessments and recognition of views received from stakeholders and public enquiries.
