Camp Matoaka Staff Packing CheckList

The weather in Maine varies from June through August. It could be hot, humid and sunny, or cool and rainy. So, be prepared. Layers!

You will receive 5 Matoaka (t-shirts and tank tops), as well as a Matoaka sweatshirt. These must be worn everyday while you’re teaching at your activity, except Wednesday and Sundays. You are welcome to wear any you want. However, on the first day of camp, the last day of camp, Picture Days, Half Season Change Over Days, and whenever you are chaperoning campers out of camp, you must wear either white or beige shorts. Other than that, you can wear whatever you’re comfortable in (so long as it’s appropriate).
