Under his direction the San Francisco Symphony chorus Albany, NY Junior has been hailed as one of the finest in the world. On their behalf he has Liverpool, NY Sophomore accepted four Grammy awards, for Best Performance of a Choral Work Stewartsville, NY Sophomore Orff’s Carmina Burana, 1992 and Brahms Ein Deutsches Requiem, 1995, Liverpool, NY Junior Best Classical Album of the year Stravinsky’s Perséphone, 2000 and Lexington, MA Freshman Mahler’s Symphony No. 3, 2004. He also conducted the San Francisco Chorus LaFayette, NY Junior and Orchestra in works ranging from Bach’s Mass in B Minor to Carmina Lido Beach, NY Junior Burana. Sioux City, IA Sophomore San Jose, CA Junior THE GREATER ROCHESTER WOMEN’S PHILHARMONIC is Henan, China Graduate celebrating their 25th year and is comprised of musicians from the Rochester Shanghai, China Sophomore Philharmonic Orchestra, free-lance professionals, college students and some Liverpool, NY Senior invited students from our local youth orchestras. The orchestra is Buffalo, NY Freshman philanthropic in nature, raising funds for the Local Battered Women’s Shenzhen, China Sophomore Shelter, offering professional level performances while networking musicians Cazenovia, NY Senior throughout our area. The group is sponsored by Nazareth College and the Shanghai, China Junior Hochstein School of Music and Dance.
