DESCRIPTION OF ACTIONS Introduction to Rubix Since our previous Communication on Progress (of August 2017), there has been major structural and operational change within the business. Most significantly, in September 2017, the Brammer group of companies merged with the French headquartered IPH group of companies to create the IPH- Brammer group, Europe’s largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services with a turnover, in 2017, in excess of Euro 2.2bn.
