Q10 Thinking about the new plans. We have made these plans because we have to save money.

The plan is to carry on with a full library service in 16 libraries: Loughborough, Hinckley, Oadby, Wigston Magna, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Coalville, Birstall, Earl Shilton, Glenfield, Lutterworth, Broughton Astley, Ashby, Syston, Shepshed, and Blaby.

We have chosen these 16 libraries because they are the ones that people use the most.
