Christopher Maher is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OceanFirst Financial Corp. and OceanFirst Joseph Lebel is President and Chief Operating Officer of OceanFirst Bank N.A. and has led the Bank in this Bank N.A. and has led the Company in this capacity since 2017. Chris joined the Bank as President and role since January 2021. Most recently, Joe was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operating Officer in 2013. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2014. Chris is also President has also served in leadership positions, including the Chief Banking Officer and Chief Lending Officer.
