Responsible for coordinating all aspects of Kickoff Return and Kickoff Coverage. Responsible for coaching placekickers, longsnappers and PAT/FG Operation. Special Teams Coordinator / Defensive Secondary Coach Aug 2001 – Jul 2002 Catholic University, Washington D.C. Coordinated all aspects of Special Teams. Special Teams led the ODAC (Old Dominion Athletic Conference) in net punt average, punt return yardage, and kickoff coverage. Co-coordinated all aspects of defensive game plan including defensive scheme. Defense ranked second in total defense. Coached two All Conference players. Recruiting areas included Philadelphia PA, Maryland, D.C. and Virginia.

Assistant Recruiting Coordinator Jan 2000 – Feb 2001 University of Maryland, College Park, MD Oversaw best Recruiting class in over 20 years. Organized and coordinated recruiting in 28 states, including database management of over 8,000 recruits and all aspects of official visits. Review of recruiting tapes, film analysis and grading of players. Worked closely with Athletic Director, admissions and compliance. Organization of recruiting correspondence including drafting letters, documents and other written materials. On the field responsibilities included assisting with Defensive secondary. Other duties included film breakdown, scouting reports and self-scouting.
